Crowdsim
About

Who's behind the crowd.

Crowdsim is made by a small team in Canada. It brings together everything we've done for more than a decade.

What it brings together.

  • Profiling people.

We built audience profiles from what people share in public.

  • Why people act.

We've always wanted to know why someone stops for one ad and skips the next.

  • Signals into people.

We wanted to turn public social signals into digital personas that act like real people.

  • No black boxes.

We've never trusted tools that won't show their working, so Crowdsim shows its sources, its rule and its reasons.

Dr. Andrew Ko

Andrew Ko has spent his career on how people actually respond to brands. He created the Data Human Index, which scores how brands treat the people behind their data, and is writing The Consumer Hypocrisy, a book on why people want brands to know them without telling them anything.

Before Crowdsim, he founded Personalyze and Moment.Us in the UK, raising £1.75m between them.

Why it's built the way it is.

Evidence first.

Every signal is dated and sourced; nothing is invented to suit a pitch.

Situations, not demographics.

Each local stands for a group defined by what's going on in their life, not by an age bracket.
