Crowdsim
What to send

One finished campaign, as a CSV.

Export the campaign from your ad platform with a row per ad, and upload it. Up to 12 ads a debrief.

Private pilotFree while it runs, then priced per debrief. Ask us for rates at hello@crowdsim.ca.

  1. Export it by ad

From the platform you ran it on, as a CSV. The steps for each are below.

  2. Add each ad's picture

On the next screen, unless the file links to them. For a video, pick the file and we read it.

  3. Add the details

The brand, who it was aimed at, any offer, and the question your client is asking.

Must have

  • A row per ad, with the ad's name
  • Impressions

Without these the file can't be read; the app says which is missing.

Helps

  • Spend, link clicks and reach
  • Results: purchases and their value, or leads
  • The dates it ran (reporting starts and ends)
  • Each ad's text, headline and button
  • Each ad's image URL, or add the pictures on the next screen

For a video or awareness campaign

  • Video plays, and plays at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%
  • ThruPlays and average play time
  • Ad recall lift, if the platform estimated it

Platform by platform

  • Meta Ads Manager

Open the campaign's Ads tab, choose Export table data, and pick CSV.

  • TikTok Ads Manager

Open the campaign's Ads tab and export the table as a CSV.

  • Pinterest Ads Reporting

Filter to the campaign at the ad level and export as a CSV.

  • Snapchat Ads Manager

Open Manage Ads, then the Ads tab, and export as a CSV.

  • Reddit Ads Manager

In Reports, make a one-time report at the ad level and export it as a CSV.

  • Google Ads

Open the campaign's Ads page, choose Download, and pick CSV: the search ads, their headlines and results.

  • Microsoft Advertising

In Reports, run an Ad performance report at the ad level with the headlines, and download it as a CSV.

  • Supermetrics

Keep the sheet's tab for one campaign by ad, then File, Download, CSV. Include each ad's image URL and text if you can, and we'll fetch the pictures.

Running on a DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360), connected TV or retail media? Those exports don't read yet. Write to hello@crowdsim.ca and tell us which you use.

Never send

  • Customer lists, emails or phone numbers
  • Anyone's personal information
  • Passwords or logins to your ad accounts

An ad-level export has none of these.

Where it's kept

  • On Cloudflare's servers in North America, used only for your debriefs and never shared.
  • Until you delete it. Deleting a campaign removes it at once; backup copies are gone within 30 days.
  • The ads' words go to Anthropic's Claude to write the crowd's reactions. Anthropic doesn't train its models on them.
  • It may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States.

The details are in our privacy policy.

Start with one campaign.

Send us one you've already run, and take the debrief to your next client meeting.
